Your life insurance premium depends on many variables, one of which includes your risk category. Your risk category for life insurance depends on your height and weight, as well as several other factors. Your height and weight relationship are one indicator of your general health. Locate your approximate height in the first column of the table shown below. Then read across the table to locate your maximum weight for a "Standard" rating (the standard rating is the same for male and female), as well as for a "Preferred Plus" rating (which is different for male and female).
